• Help with matching candidates to roles.
• Support with job fairs, recruitment days, and employer-led sessions.
• Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) to prepare candidates for specific roles.
• Advice on inclusive hiring and support for employing people from a range of backgrounds — including care leavers, veterans, and refugees.
• Links to local training providers and community organisations.
